Due to on-going success and growth they have an immediate requirement for a proven 2nd Line Support Engineer. The 2nd Line Support Engineer will be coming from a fast paced, client facing MSP background where you will have gained a range of technical skills and be driven by outstanding customer service. As 2nd Line Support Engineer you will have a broad range f technical skills across technology such as Windows Server, Azure, O365, Active Directory, Sharepoint, VMware, Hyper-V, Networking, Backup, LAN, WAN, Wireless. You will have a proven background in both being part of a busy service desk but but comfortable going out to clients sites and doing on-site face to face support when needed.
