You''ll configure, optimise, and maintain Jira Service Management, Jira Software, and Confluence to ensure efficient service delivery and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Configure and manage Jira Service Management workflows, automations, and assets (Insight). Create and support Jira Software projects, boards, and reports for Agile teams. Maintain a Confluence Knowledge Base for documentation and self-service. Develop dashboards and reports using JQL for SLAs and performance metrics. Manage user roles and permissions via Crowd/Atlassian Access. Skills andamp; Experience Strong experience administering JSM, JSW, and Confluence. Solid understanding of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request). Knowledge of automation, integrations, and REST APIs. Experience building dashboards and using JQL. Desirable: Atlassian certification, ITIL 4, or Scripting skills (PowerShell/Python). Security andamp; Eligibility Active SC clearance (transferable).
