Customer Management: Understand and manage the needs of both new and existing customers, ensuring their requirements are met. Quotations: Produce competitive and accurate quotations in a timely manner, and follow up to secure orders. Problem Solving: Address and resolve any technical or delivery issues that arise, maintaining a high level of customer service. Order Management: Oversee orders through the system, from stock checks and liaising with stores to raising delivery paperwork and scheduling delivery dates. Customer Interaction: Handle customer collections and cash sales with professionalism and efficiency. Daily Prioritization: Manage and prioritize daily activities, including meeting quote and order deadlines.
