Our clients\'' very large setting in Norwood, SE London are looking for a very experienced Deputy Manager to support the manager in the day to day running of their great setting. You will need to be doing a similar role. Salary is c£32k depending on experience, plus £1000 welcome bonus. Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years / ChildcareHave at least 3 years\'' previous experience of working in a Day NurseryHave at least 1 year\'' experience of leading and supporting teamsCan inspire, energise and support othersHas a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learnSound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulationsA firm knowledge of Ofsted Regulatory standards and requirementsBenefits
