You''ll also lead and support a small team, making sure payments are processed accurately and on time.Your role will include:Producing clear, useful budget monitoring and management accountsSupporting budget holders with advice, insight and financial guidanceLeading the annual budget-setting and business planning processImproving financial processes and controls within Oracle FinancialsHelping the organisation maximise income and funding opportunitiesManaging and developing the Payments TeamShaping and embedding financial policies and proceduresWhat we''re looking forYou don''t need to tick every box, but ideally you''ll:Be CIMA, ACCA or CIPFA qualifiedBe confident using Excel to analyse and explain dataHave some experience of managing or supporting staffCare about improving outcomes What you''ll get in returnYou''ll be joining a supportive, purpose-driven team where your voice is heard and your work has impact.
