Simpson Judge has successfully placed candidates here before, with great results!RESPONSIBILITIES You will join a team of other competent experienced paralegals providing hands on support to the fee earners and solicitors within conveyancing this will include; Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other parties to gather information and provide updates. Review and verify property titles and Land Registry documents. Prepare and draft conveyancing documents Instruct and review property searches Maintain accurate case files and manage deadlines. Support the completion process, including contract exchange and property transfer. Ensure compliance with UK property law and Solicitors Regulation Authority guidelines.
