This role will be employed by TLP (secondment to Toyota (GB) PLC) We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support two Senior Directors as part of a shared EA support team within Corporate Planning.In this role, you will manage complex diaries, coordinate travel and expenses, prepare presentations, and support key meetings and business events. You will also act as a key point of contact for coordinating and managing meetings across the wider business, ensuring effective planning and seamless collaboration.
