FLT Logistics InstructorSalary: £31,500 per annum (excluding overtime)Monday to Friday working hours with occasional overnight travelLocation: Atherton or Burnley Job Purpose To ensure the timely and accurate delivery of the Driving School schedule through training and assessment and in line with the Company Quality Procedures and ensure that all training is delivered in a compliant and professional manner. Main Duties and Responsibilities Ensure that the instruction is planned and delivered to meet the Company''s commercial expectations.Ensure that Learners receive appropriate support, assessment and training based on their individual needs.Ensure that previous achievements are identified, recognised and actioned.Deliver training and provide input into the production of training material as required.Ensure Learners complete their license acquisition within contracted timescales by applying effective time management systems.Assist with the assessment process of new driving candidates.Provide learners with impartial information, advice and guidance to help support.Comply with Observation feedback where applicable.Undergo training and development in line with the needs of the Business, including standardisation activities.Ensure appropriate qualifications are maintained or achieved within relevant timeframe.Maintain occupational competence and maintain CPD.Participate in marketing the Company''s services.Complete all relevant records to comply with the Company''s Quality Proce
