We''re looking for a compassionate and resilient Waking Night Support Worker to join our Young People service located in Islington. No experience or personal care required, just the right values. £ 30,784.00 per annum, working 40 hours per week. The Islington Young People''s Assessment Centre is a 24-hour staffed supported housing service that provides accommodation and support for young people leaving care, unaccompanied asylum-seeking children, young people experiencing homelessness, and those at risk of homelessness. As a Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, supportive and welcoming environment throughout the night, ensuring young people feel secure, respected and supported. You will help maintain the smooth running of the service, respond to welfare needs, and work collaboratively with the wider team to support young people to achieve positive outcomes and move towards greater independence.
