The role will involve annual boiler servicing, landlord gas safety inspections, diagnosing heating and hot water faults, and completing repairs to domestic heating systems. Candidates should have proven experience in domestic gas servicing, breakdown fault finding and repairs, with previous social housing or domestic residential experience essential.
