Internal Sales - Aylesbury - Manufacturing/EngineeringPertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for an Internal Salesperson for our client within the manufacturing and engineering industry.Salary: 28,000 - 30,000 + commission Hours: Mon-Fri 8 am-5 pmDuties:- Support in maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met, and providing exceptional customer service.- Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential new clients, presenting our products and services to grow our customer base.- Participate in the development and implementation of effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.- Learn and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.- Process orders, prepare quotes, and handle customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to align sales strategies with overall company goals.- Provide regular reports on sales activities, market feedback, and customer requirements.Requirements:- Previous sales experience- Confident in lead generation, and generating new business- Great communication skills- A proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities.- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteIf you would be interested, in this role, please apply or call Corinne at Pertemps.
