We are seeking a compassionate, resilient, and skilled Teaching Assistant''s to join a dedicated team at a small independent special school in Kidderminster, which provides a highly personalised education for up to 14 pupils with Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD). This role is to start from September with both part-time and full-time, temp-perm positions available.Most of the pupils are non-verbal and have a cognitive age equivalent to pre-school children. All pupils have complex needs and display behaviours which challenge.
