• Greeting and catering to visitors, clients and employees upon arrival.
• Phone handling and redirecting calls where needed.
• Managing contact with clients including payments and document reconciliation.
• Assisting with document creation and formatting.
• Maintaining a neat and presentable office.
• Handling deliveries to the office.

What you''ll need to succeed

• You must have experience working in an office for this role.
• Experience within a professional services environment is preferred but not necessary.
• You must be able to start ASAP.
