The Role As Facilities Manager, you ll oversee the maintenance, compliance, and performance of the organisation s premises, with a clear focus on the building fabric and mechanical and electrical services. You ll be the go-to person for all things premises related, managing planned and reactive maintenance, overseeing specialist contractors, and making sure statutory compliance is spot on.
