Salary: MPS/UPS Outer London, dependent on experience
Working hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday

Brief description: An excellent secondary school is seeking a passionate Food Technology Teacher to join their team from January, with the possibility of an earlier start. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire students and deliver engaging practical and theoretical lessons.

About the role: The successful candidate will teach Food Technology across Key Stages 3 and 4, planning and delivering engaging lessons that develop practical skills, nutritional awareness, and subject knowledge. There may be opportunities to contribute to curriculum development and enrichment activities.

Requirements -

The ideal candidate would have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
• Experience teaching Food Technology in a secondary school setting
• Strong curriculum knowledge across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• A passion for teaching and supporting young people
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
