Provide 2nd/3rd line IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issuesInstall, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software systemsAssist with the setup of new user accounts, permissions, and passwordsManage and resolve IT support tickets, ensuring issues are resolved promptlySupport remote users and ensure they have access to required systemsWork with cloud platforms such as
Microsoft Azure
for user management, virtual machines, and other servicesMonitor and manage network infrastructure using
Cisco Meraki , including switches, access points, and firewallsCollaborate with the wider IT team to maintain system security and performanceContribute to ongoing IT projects and system upgradesSkills, Knowledge and Expertise
Proven experience in an IT support roleStrong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networkingFamiliarity with IT hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, etc.)Ability to diagnose and resolve IT issues efficientlyExcellent communication and customer service skillsA proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adaptBenefits
