We are looking for confident, enthusiastic individuals who are fluent in French, German, Spanish, Italian or English to support customers and businesses across different markets. Job Role Making outbound calls and sending emails to businesses to generate interest Communicating confidently with businesses in your relevant language Asking questions to understand customer needs and identify opportunities Building and maintaining positive relationships with potential clients Booking meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects Keeping CRM systems updated with accurate information Handling questions and overcoming objections professionally Working collaboratively with the wider team to achieve targets and improve results Skills and Experience Fluent in at least one of the following languages: French, German, Spanish, Italian or English Previous outbound calling, customer service, telesales or sales experience is desirable Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confident speaking with customers and businesses over the telephone Positive, self-motivated and target-driven approach Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Comfortable using computer systems and CRM platforms Ability to build rapport and adapt your communication style ..... full job details .....
