The Role As the UK Inside Sales and Pricing Manager, you''ll be responsible for leading the Inside Sales and Pricing team, ensuring quotations are accurate, competitive and commercially profitable while supporting the wider sales function. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate and develop the Inside Sales and Pricing team. Manage daily workloads and team performance. Prepare and approve competitive customer quotations. Support Business Development Managers with pricing and commercial proposals. Liaise with Operations, Procurement and overseas offices to obtain competitive freight rates. Monitor quotation activity, conversion rates and gross profit performance. Maintain pricing systems and produce management reports. Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders. Ensure high levels of customer service and compliance with company standards.
