AT THE WESTIN LONDON CITYWhat you''ll be doing...Reporting to the Sous Chef, you can expect your working day to include the following.Responsible for day-to-day running of various kitchen sections in the restaurant-wine bar kitchen and banqueting kitchen with support from Chef de Parties and ensuring agreed standards are achievedTo assist other sections of the kitchen in the production and service of food or the cleaning down of the section as and when required due to the workloadEnsuring a safe working environment by identifying potential hazards and taking corrective action.Ensuring that all working areas of the kitchen, dry stores, and refrigeration are maintained in a clean and hygienic condition at all times,Maintaining constant quality control of all food prepared and cooked, ensuring it is to the head chefs and applicable kitchen standards.Understanding and adhering to the companys rules and regulations on policies and procedures relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety, and licensing regulations.WHAT WE NEED FROM YOUWe hire mostly on personality and potential but here are a few of our requirements...To succeed in the role of
