Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join the MASH Team for Buckinghamshire Council.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Managing incoming safeguarding referrals within a fast-paced MASH environment.
* Screening, triaging, and assessing referrals to determine appropriate levels of intervention.
* Working closely with multi-agency partners to gather and share information effectively.
* Making timely decisions to safeguard children and young people.
* Ensuring all case recordings and reports are completed accurately and in line with statutory guidelines.
* Applying a strong understanding of safeguarding legislation and thresholds.

Working Pattern:
* Hybrid working

Pay Rate:
* -38 p/h Umb

Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
* Minimum 3 years'' experience in children''s social care
* Experience within MASH or front-door services
* Social Work England Registration
* Strong knowledge of safeguarding legislation and multi-agency working
