As part of a number of strategic people initiatives, they are seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to support key HR projects and drive improvements across people processes, systems, and policies.This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded HR professional who enjoys project-based work and is confident leading HR initiatives while providing high-quality operational HR support.Your New RoleAs Senior HR Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and delivering a range of HR projects that contribute to the organisation''s people strategy.Working closely with senior stakeholders and the wider HR team, you will take ownership of key initiatives including HR systems implementation, policy reviews and process improvement projects.Alongside project delivery, you will provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers on a range of employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practice.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and lead HR projects across the employee lifecycle.Assist with the implementation and optimisation of HR systems and processes.Review, update and develop HR policies, procedures, and documentation.Analyse HR data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.Provide first-class HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.Ensure HR practices ..... full job details .....
