About the job We are seeking a strategic and innovative Learning Architecture Consultant to lead the design and governance of a market-leading learning and capability framework within a leading financial services organisation. This 12-month fixed-term contract offers the opportunity to shape and enhance learning programmes, ensuring they deliver meaningful capability development, commercial impact and professional excellence across the business. This role will be responsible for creating and overseeing a comprehensive learning architecture that ensures curriculum consistency, quality and continuous improvement across multiple professional populations. Working closely with business leaders and subject matter experts, you will translate organisational strategy into structured, high-impact development pathways that build technical expertise, commercial acumen and professional capability. Financial services experience is highly desirable. This role can be based in Glasgow, Edinburgh or London.
