Contentious Probate Solicitor 3 + Years PQEOur client is looking to recruit an experienced Contentious Probate Solicitor with at least five years'' post-qualification experience to join their established and growing team.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated solicitor to manage a varied and interesting caseload of contentious probate, inheritance and trust disputes, providing high-quality legal advice and building strong client relationships.The RoleYou will manage your own caseload from initial instruction through to resolution, working with a high degree of autonomy while benefiting from the support of an experienced legal secretary and wider administrative team.Your work will include: Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 claims, acting for both claimants and defendants. Probate disputes involving allegations of forgery, testamentary capacity and undue influence. Disputes concerning the validity and interpretation of trust documents. Matters involving allegations of fraud. Acting for executors in a neutral capacity. Proprietary estoppel and constructive trust claims. Drafting settlement agreements. Managing contentious and related non-contentious probate matters. About YouYou will ideally have: At least three years'' post-qualification experience in contentious probate or a closely related area.
