Recruitment HR Administrator 9-5pm, onsite, Ipswich- Parking Temporary ongoing 17- 19ph DOE/up to 35,000pa We are seeking an organised and proactive HR Recruitment Administrator on a temporary basis with proven recruitment experience to support the end-to-end employee lifecycle. This role plays a key part in managing recruitment activity, supporting hiring managers, and ensuring HR operations run smoothly during a busy period. The successful candidate will be confident managing multiple vacancies, working closely with line managers and external recruitment agencies, and delivering a positive candidate and stakeholder experience in a fast-paced environment.Key Skills and ExperiencePrevious experience in an HR Co-ordinator, HR Administrator, or Recruitment roleDemonstrable end-to-end recruitment experienceExperience working with recruitment agencies and managing agency relationshipsConfidence partnering with line managers and stakeholders at all levelsStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacanciesExcellent communication skills and attention to detailHigh level of discretion and confidentialityConfident user of HR systems, ATS platforms, and MS OfficeKnowledge of UK employment law (desirable)Personal AttributesProactive and adaptableProfessional and approachableAble to work independently in a temporary roleComfortable in a fast-paced, changing environmentStrong problem-solving skills
