Heavy Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive We re looking for a driven and knowledgeable Heavy Commercial Sales Executive to join a well-established commercial vehicle retailer, specialising in new Heavy Commercial Vehicles (HCVs). You ll be responsible for generating leads, managing the full sales cycle, and achieving sales targets within your territory. Key Responsibilities: Engage with prospective customers via walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries Conduct detailed needs assessments to offer tailored vehicle solutions Manage negotiations, financing options, trade-ins, and paperwork Build long-term relationships and drive repeat business Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets About You: Proven track record in automotive or commercial vehicle sales Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills Experience working with body builders is a plus Self-starter with excellent organisational and CRM abilities Full UK driving licence required Perks: 24 days holiday (+ option to carry over 5 days) Company pension (up to 5% contribution) Life assurance and private medical insurance Duvet day, bonus and commission schemes Overtime rates up to 130% Salary: Up to £38,000 + OTE £100,000 PA Car Provided Hours: 42.5 Hours a Week 50% in the office and 50% Customer visits Location: Based in either Reading or Farnborough If you have all the required skills for this position please do not hesitate to contact us at One to One Personnel on (phone number removed) or by
