Tradeline require an experienced maintenance operative to assist on a recently completed residential development in Peckham. This is a part time role, working 3 days a week with working hours of 10am-5pm. A day rate of 180.00 is on offer alongside flexible working days. The role will involve; Reporting directly to the Community Manager Work and interact with the residents to diagnose, repair, and resolve their issues Help maintain, monitor and oversee the planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and compliance requirements for the development via HandS and PPM software/ forms Perform all relevant safety procedures Maintenance issues will be repaired quickly and effectively.
