MMP Consultancy is seeking an experienced Head of Engineering for an interim opportunity based in South East London. This is an initial 3-month contract with the potential for extension, offering a hybrid working arrangement of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. This is an interim position paying 500pd inside of IR35.Working within Asset Management, you''ll lead the strategic delivery of engineering, compliance and building safety services across a large residential portfolio. This is a senior leadership role responsible for mechanical and electrical services, gas, heating, lifts, fire safety, water management, procurement, contract management and statutory compliance.
