We are working with a client who is a global leader in consulting, technology services, and digital transformation, committed to delivering positive change through technology and human collaboration.We are seeking two enthusiastic junior level IT Service Manager''s to join our delivery team working on applications for Public Sector clients. These graduate-level roles will support programme and project management activities operating to internal and public sector governance. You will work alongside our delivery managers, product managers, programme leads and portfolio teams to track progress, manage reporting, drive resourcing, coordinate governance and ensure delivery runs smoothly. You will need to be able to coach and lead teams in Agile and Lean practices, determining the right approach for the team to take and evaluating this throughout the life of a project. Think of new and innovative ways of working to achieve the right outcomes. Demonstrate an advanced understanding of design, technology and data principles. Understand the marketplace and realise the benefit of a product and persuade others that it''s the right one to use. Apply experience in multiple parts of the product life cycle. Keep abreast of industry best practice and can cascade ways of working. Problem management: anticipate problems and defend against them at the right time. Start to define and create approaches, coach others, understand what is most important and applicable. Effectively get buy-in from the
