Contract: Temporary

Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts
Week 1: 06:00–14:00 Week 2: 14:00–22:00

(Shifts rotate weekly)
 
Pay Frequency: Weekly or monthly pay available

Parking: On-site parking available

The Role 
Pertemps Isle of Wight is currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing facility based in Ryde. This is a hands-on role supporting key production processes within a busy industrial environment.

 
Main duties will include:

•  Sanding metal components

•  Shot blasting

•  Grinding and finishing work

•  Supporting production teams to meet quality and safety standards

•  General production support tasks as required
  
  

 The Ideal Candidate 

•  Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

•  Comfortable with physical, hands-on work

•  Able to work as part of a team in a production environment

•  Willing to work rotating shifts

•  Previous manufacturing or production experience is beneficial
