Logistics & Warehouse Operative

Location: Twyford Area, Winchester
Salary: -13.03 per hour - Weekly Pay
Hours: Monday - Friday - 6am - 2:30pm
Must Drive Manual Vehicle

We are recruiting on behalf of a growing and successful manufacturer looking for a hands-on Logistics & Warehouse Operative to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and thrives as part of a collaborative team.
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of stock, materials, and finished goods through the warehouse operation while helping support on-time deliveries to customers.

• Receiving, checking, and booking in goods
• Preparing, packing, and dispatching customer orders
• Managing stock rotation and maintaining accurate stock levels
• Supporting warehouse and freezer operations in line with company procedures
• Completing goods-in and goods-out documentation accurately
• Organising inward and outward collections and deliveries
• Bulk packing products as required
• Assisting with deliveries and driving duties when needed
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment

• Adhering to all Health & Safety procedures and company policies
• Reporting any hazards, incidents, or safety concerns promptly
• Contributing to a safe working environment for colleagues and visitors

• Working closely with colleagues across different departments
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintaining excellent communication with team members and customers
• Demonstrating flexibility and willingness to assist in other areas when required
• Undertaking additional duties appropriate to the role and training provided

We're looking for someone who:

• Has previous warehouse, logistics, or stores experience
• Is organised, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Can work effectively both independently and within a team
• Has a positive, proactive attitude
• Is physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties
• Holds a valid driving licence (advantageous)
• Forklift licence would be beneficial but is not essential
