The role offers a high level of responsibility, autonomy, and the chance to play a key role in supporting clients through the planning process from early feasibility to determination and post-consent stages.The RoleAs a Senior Planner, you will take ownership of your own caseload while contributing to the wider success of the planning team. Key responsibilities will include:Managing and delivering planning applications across a range of development typesPreparing planning statements, appeals, and pre-application submissionsProviding clear, commercially focused planning advice to clientsUndertaking site appraisals and planning policy assessmentsLiaising with local authorities, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teamsSupporting and mentoring junior planners as requiredAbout YouTo be successful in this Senior Planner role, you will ideally have:A degree or postgraduate qualification in Town Planning or a related disciplineMRTPI status or be working towards chartershipSeveral years'' experience within a consultancy or local authority environmentStrong knowledge of the UK
