Responsibilities

Qualifications

A proven track record in complex operations leadership—ideally aerospace and supply chain.

The ability to inspire and lead change by example, across multiple countries and cultures.

A strong sense of commercial awareness in sensitive supply chains.

A natural communicator and negotiator—confident influencing stakeholders at all levels.

Resilience, curiosity, and the ability to thrive in environments where ownership and priorities evolve.
