We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and resilient On-Call Behaviour Support staff to work in secondary schools across Oldham.This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Teaching Assistants, Behaviour Mentors, Youth Workers, Cover Supervisors or individuals with strong behaviour management experience who are looking to make a real difference in a school environment.The role involves working closely with class teachers to support students who may be struggling to engage with their learning or regulate their behaviour.
