Responsibilities

Responsible for UK logistics seller experience, perform in-depth research and competitor analysis of logistics experience metrics and output solutions for improvementDesign solutions that incorporate both operating procedures and system functions that serve UK logistics businesses and operations expansion and improvementManage the solution for its whole journey from initiation to implementation, drive for constant improvement when neededWork with cross function teams (account managers, governance etc) to establish common goals for seller fulfilment experienceContinue to drive solution upgrades and innovations that are best suited for the UK/EU market. Contribute to the accumulation of our core logistics capabilities.Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor\''s degree or above, more than 4 years of logistics performance management or solution design experience in the e-commerce fulfillment or logistics industry. Cross-region and cross-culture work experience is preferredHave a good understanding of e-commerce sellers, fulfillment, domestic logistics and other related industries. Experience in large e-commerce companies or international logistics companies is preferredWith excellent communication skills, cross-team collaboration, and project management skillsHas the ability to think outside the box and is able to take initiative in innovation to solve complex problemsPreferred Qualifications- Bachelor\''s or Master\''s degree, with significant experience in program or product management rolesHave a systematic understanding of systems and technical toolsAbout TikTok
