A specialist, property-focused law firm in Nottingham is looking to recruit a Lead Service Charge Solicitor to manage a busy caseload and take day-to-day responsibility for leading a team of three Service Charge Litigation Paralegals. The firm is open to retraining candidates from a high-volume Personal Injury background, provided you have strong litigation fundamentals, a solid understanding of the CPR and a commercial approach to decision-making. The Role You will manage your own high-volume litigation caseload while supervising a small paralegal team.
