About the role We have a new opportunity for an Senior HR Administrator to join our Oldham team. This is a full-time, permanent role with a hybrid working arrangement, offering the flexibility to balance office and home working. Reporting into the HR Operations Team Manager, you will provide a comprehensive HR administration service, supporting colleagues and managers across the employee lifecycle whilst ensuring compliance with employment legislation and Guinness policies and procedures. As a Senior HR Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for HR-related queries, providing effective and timely support through our Helpdesk. You will act as a key connector within the HR Services Team, ensuring colleagues are signposted to the appropriate teams and services whilst maintaining a positive customer experience.
