The Role We are seeking a versatile IT Systems Specialist to manage our core infrastructure and lead high-impact IT projects. This role bridges the gap between modern cloud services (M365/Azure) and robust on-premise systems, requiring a professional who is as comfortable designing a server cluster as they are. What will I be delivering? 1. Modern Workplace and Endpoint Management M365 Suite: Full administration of Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams. Security and Compliance: Manage Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and utilize Microsoft Intune for modern device management (MDM), application deployment, and OS update policies. Identity: Administer Entra ID (Azure AD), ensuring secure identity lifecycle management and Conditional Access. 2. On-Premise Infrastructure and Virtualization Hypervisor Management: Hands-on administration and optimization of Hyper-V, VMware ESXi, and Proxmox environments. Hardware Implementation: Lead the installation and maintenance of physical clusters, enterprise servers, SAN/NAS storage solutions, and robust WiFi networks. ERP Administration: Act as the primary IT administrator for Dynamics Business Central (On-Premise)
