Pre- Construction Manager Our client is established principal contractor delivering high-quality construction and refurbishment projects across London and the Home Counties Role Overview The Pre-Construction Manager will play a key role in securing and developing new business opportunities, managing the tender process from initial enquiry through to project handover. The role will be split approximately: 50% Design and Build Tender Management 50% Design Development and Project Support This is primarily an office-based role, with regular visits to prospective sites, client meetings, consultant meetings, and supply chain partners across London and the Southeast. Tender and Bid Management Review tender documentation and client requirements. Assess project risks, opportunities and constraints during tender stage. Prepare tender programmes and pre-construction schedules. Coordinate and manage the tender process from receipt to submission. Liaise with clients, consultants, architects and design teams. Obtain and evaluate subcontractors and supplier quotations. Lead tender settlement meetings and value engineering exercises. Identify commercial and technical risks within tender documentation. Prepare comprehensive tender submission documents. Ensure submissions are completed accurately and within deadlines.
