Artis Recruitment is working in partnership with an award-winning organisation to recruit a HR/People Team Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that truly values its people and puts culture at the heart of everything it does.We''re looking for a confident and proactive HR/People Administrator to support key people processes, with a particular focus on recruitment and onboarding, employee experience, and general HR operations.What you''ll be doing:Recruitment and Onboarding-Manage the admin side of the recruitment process including job postings, interview coordination and candidate communication.-Support hiring managers with scheduling and recruitment logistics.-Prepare contracts, offer letters, and onboarding packs.=Help ensure every new hire has a smooth and welcoming start.People and Employee Relations Administration-Maintain accurate employee data within the HRIS.-Carry out general HR administrative duties including compliance checks and document management.-Assist with compiling people data and metrics.Employee Relations Support-Work closely with the People Relations Manager on employee relations cases-note taking, meeting scheduling, and follow-ups.-Play a key role in engagement initiatives and internal communication efforts.What we''re looking for:-Proven admin or HR administration experience.-Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritise.-Personable and approachable-you enjoy being a go-to person for colleagues.-S
