In this role, you''ll be the first point of contact for our tenants handling incoming calls and scheduling appointments efficiently to ensure we meet our Service Level Agreements.You''ll manage bookings using our MSI scheduling system, allocating operatives and subcontractors to jobs while keeping customers fully informed at every step. You''ll also liaise with supervisors to make sure all materials and equipment are ready ahead of scheduled appointments.A key part of your role will be handling a variety of customer queries, ranging from routine repair requests to more complex or sensitive issues. Your goal will be to provide a professional, empathetic service that builds trust and confidence with every customer interaction.About You Proven experience in a call centre or a customer service role delivering high levels of professional service.
