About the Commercial Vehicle Technician Role: Monday to Friday, 7am-5pm Potential for flexibility on working reduced / school hours on a pro rata basis. £35,100K PA rising to £39K PA after passing 6-month probation period Swindon based Permanent role Duties for the Commercial Vehicle Technician role: Carry out routine servicing, inspections, and maintenance on commercial and non-commercials vehicles, including heavy equipment, to ensure they meet safety and regulatory requirements. Daily tasks include diagnosing faults, performing mechanical and electrical repairs, completing scheduled maintenance, and documenting all work carried out. The role involves using diagnostic tools, following manufacturer guidelines, ordering or requesting parts as needed, and collaborating with other workshop team members to manage workload efficiently.
