Responsibilities include:Managing recruitment processes, including adverts, shortlisting, interview coordination, and pre-employment checks.Overseeing onboarding and leaver processes, including contracts, references, and documentation.Maintaining accurate staff records and HR systems.Supporting payroll by processing starters, leavers, changes, and absences.Advising staff and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment matters.Supporting absence management, maternity/paternity processes, and staff wellbeing initiatives.Ensuring compliance with safeguarding, safer recruitmen
