Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm

Job DescriptionPertemps Wolverhampton is currently recruiting for an Assembly Operative to join a company based in the WV1 area of Wolverhampton.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous assembly experience who takes pride in their work and has a keen eye for detail. The role involves assembling components, some of which may be small, so accuracy, patience and concentration are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Assembling components and parts to the required specifications.
  
  
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and assembly instructions.
  
  
• Ensuring all products are assembled accurately and to a high standard.
  
  
• Maintaining excellent attention to detail when working with small parts.
  
  
• Following health and safety procedures and workplace guidelines.
  
  
• Communicating effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
  
  

Requirements

• Previous assembly experience is essential.
  
  
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
  
  
• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
  
  
• Good communication skills.
  
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
