They will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimising our property portfolio to meet the current and future needs of our customers. Leading our Data Team and working closely with senior leaders and external partners, you''ll drive effective asset management through strategic planning, robust data management, and informed decision-making. What do our Asset Strategy Manager do; Lead the delivery of the organisation''s Disposal Strategy and stock rationalisation programme, ensuring assets are optimised to support long-term business objectives. Manage the five-year stock condition survey programme, overseeing external consultants to ensure accurate, high-quality data is delivered on time and within budget. Drive asset performance through data analysis, option appraisals, and strategic recommendations that maximise the value and sustainability of the property portfolio. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, residents, consultants, legal partners, and external stakeholders to support effective asset management and property disposals.
