Benefits Of A Vehicle Technician:

• Competitive basic salary from -34,000 up to -41,000 dependent on experience
• Achievable OTE of approximately -45,000 including bonus and overtime
• Bonus potential of up to -5,000 annually
• Overtime paid at enhanced rates to boost earnings
• Monday to Friday working hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
• Rotational Saturday mornings to accommodate busy workshop demands

Duties:

• Conduct repairs and servicing on a wide range of vehicles to manufacturer standards
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults accurately using diagnostic tools
• Use diagnostic equipment to identify issues efficiently
• Complete work within allocated timeframes while maintaining high quality standards
• Ensure all work is documented properly for workshop records
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
• Assist with minor vehicle repairs and inspections as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician
• Relevant technical qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong diagnostic skills with a good understanding of vehicle systems
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Flexible approach to working hours, including rota Saturday mornings
