This is a key role in the agency, leading major client relationships and driving the delivery of impactful employer brand work. You''ll be stepping into a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your strategic insight, client focus, and leadership skills will help us maintain momentum and excellence across our portfolio.What You''ll Do

Lead day-to-day client relationships across a range of employer branding and talent communications projectsOversee the development and delivery of strategic, creative, and digital work – from EVP to campaignsAct as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, both internally and externallyWork closely with internal teams – including strategy, creative, and media – to ensure high-quality deliveryManage budgets, timings, and resources to keep everything on trackSupport and mentor account managers and execs, fostering a positive team cultureWhat We''re Looking For

Agency experience in an Account Director (or similar senior client services) role – ideally in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or B2B commsA strong understanding of EVP, talent audiences, and employer brand strategyExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to lead conversations with senior clientsOrganised, detail-oriented, and great under pressureA natural collaborator with a passion for people, creativity, and problem-solvingWhat We Offer
