Benefits:Starting salary of 40,000, increasing to 45,000 after probationOTE bonuses of up to 6,000Monday to Friday working hours with no weekends or regular overtimeFull-time employment within a well-established independent garageSupportive small-team environment with career development opportunitiesPart-time individuals may also be consideredClass 4, 5 and 7 MOT testing facilityDuties:As an MOT Technician , carry out Class 4, 5 and 7 MOT tests in line with current legislationInspect and assess vehicle safety, condition and emissionsComplete MOT documentation and record test results accuratelyIdentify defects and undertake minor repairs where requiredProvide clear customer advice regarding vehicle faults, repairs and maintenanceMaintain high standards of workmanship, safety and complianceFollow all health and safety procedures throughout the working dayWork effectively within a small, supportive garage teamRequirements:A current MOT testing licence covering Class 4, 5 and 7 vehiclesPrevious experience as an MOT Technician within a motor trade environmentStrong knowledge of current MOT testing legislation, procedures and standardsExcellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to testing and documentationAbility ..... full job details .....
