About the Client: Our client is a long-established building services business delivering top-tier heating and communal system solutions across London and the South East. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a skilled Commercial Pipework Fitter and Breakdown Engineer to join their expanding team.Roles/Responsibilities:Install and repair commercial heating pipework and components on communal systemsAttend breakdowns and conduct fault-finding on various heating systemsInstall and repair domestic heating pipework and equipment, including:Thermostatic radiator valvesPumps and cylindersRadiatorsHIUs and associated componentsDiagnose system faults and recommend solutionsMaintain accurate job records using internal systemsParticipate in an out-of-hours emergency call-out rota (1 in 6 weeks)QualificationsExperience with commercial and domestic heating systems (installations, maintenance, breakdowns)HVAC/pipework background with strong practical knowledgeNVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and Heating (or equivalent)Understanding of residential and commercial communal systemsFull UK Driving Licence and ability to travel across the regionStrong communication and customer service skillsResides within commutable distance of WandsworthWillingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS checkBenefitsSalary range: £40,000 £45,000 (dependent on experience)Company van and fuel cardPhone, PDA, PPE, and specialist tools providedPension scheme with 4% employer contributionEmployee Assistance ProgrammePaid trave
