We are seeking a HR Manager to join us and lead the delivery of consistent, compliant, and effective HR practices across multiple schools.DescriptionProvide expert HR advice to school leaders on complex cases including absence, disciplinary, and grievance matters.Lead HR review meetings and support due diligence for new schools joining the Trust.Manage key HR processes including onboarding, contract changes, payroll updates, and compliance checks.Oversee recruitment and safer recruitment practices, ensuring statutory compliance (DBS, right-to-work, SCR).Deliver accurate HR data reporting, performance management analytics, and contribute to strategic decision-making.Implement HR policies and drive process improvements across the Trust.Profile CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification.Proven HR experience within an educational setting.Strong knowledge of employment law and safeguarding requirements.Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities.Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively at all levels.Commitment to confidentiality, integrity, and promoting the
