EOTAS Primary SEND Tutor / Teacher Needed (Part-Time)

Location: Wokingham, Berkshire
Hours: 12 hours per week (days and times fully flexible)
Start: September 2026

Quantum Scholars is seeking a qualified and experienced Primary Teacher to provide one-to-one tuition and support for a young primary-aged pupil with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

This rewarding role involves working with a non-verbal child with complex needs, delivering personalised learning in a supportive, nurturing environment. We''re looking for someone who is patient, adaptable, and passionate about helping children reach their full potential.

• Deliver 1:1 tailored tuition to a primary-aged pupil with SEND.
• Home-based tuition.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet the child''s individual learning needs.
• Create engaging, personalised learning activities.
• Build a positive and supportive relationship with the pupil and their family.
• These sessions will be from Monday - Friday during school hours only!

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or extensive experience teaching or tutoring primary-aged pupils.
• Previous experience working with children with SEND and/or SEMH needs is essential.
• Experience supporting non-verbal children and pupils with complex needs is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, patience, and adaptability.
• Ability to travel within the Wokingham area is highly advantageous.
